Linda Mai Green is a writer/director based in San Francisco, California.
Drawing on her background in art history, literature, and her biracial Vietnamese identity, Linda’s films investigate women’s psyches in surreal, uncanny worlds. Her most recent short film Mondegreen is an official selection at SF IndieFest, Final Girls Berlin Film Festival and Panic Fest.
A 2024/2025 SFFilm FilmHouse Resident, she is also an alum of the Eastern Oregon Film Festival Filmmaker Residency, and she has received grants from The Redford Center and mentorships with Unlock Her Potential and #startwith8hollywood.
She has a BA from Stanford in German literature and an MA in Art History from NYU.
She dreams in English, French, and German.
